I have alloted $25.00 a week for groceries so that I can pay off my taxes. Here are my menus:

Friday-
Homemade burritos( with lentils and bulgar wheat), corn, refried beans
Sabbath-
( Lunch at church)
Spagetti, homemade garlic bread, apple-crisp bars

Sunday -
B-Fast, Eggs& cheese omelet, fruit
Lunch- Sandwich, carrot sticks with ranch dip
Supper- Red beans & rice, sweet corn bread
Monday- Grilled cheese, tomato soup, crackers
Tuesday- lentil burgers, oven-seasoned fries, peach cobbler
Wednesday- Tuna melts, baked beans, applesauce & cinnamon
Thursday- Fried tators, peas, swiss steak cuts.

Breakfasts for most days are oats or homemade granola.
We drink tea, water and chocolate milk. I have to have soy milk.

I've been sick all night- yep- had chest pains and a soaring pulse due to the new Sudafed PE- I'll never take it again. The old kind never did that to me. After I make March's state tax payment of $300.00, I will only have 3.8 months left until its paid-Hooray!!! I'm so excited.

I was having an awful day- almost ran out of gas and got nothing but bills in the mail. But I did earn $$$ for my Gatorade resets- I like the guys I'm working with they are so nice. I'm the only girl. I will be doing them for a month- 2 a day. I'm ready for a hot bath-.

We got beautiful, soft white snow last night- but it is beginning to melt with all the sunshine. I am cooking spagetti and garlic bread tonight. I am returning to the Mennonite church.

I worked on my goals last night- and posted them. I paid off my smallest debt of Friday- am sooo happy. True, I did donate alot to charitable causes, so thats why I am broke right now- and I also was spending like my other celebrity friends do- not anymore. Its sad that they don't want to admit that they are almost broke and still charging on plastic.

I paid my 1st debt off on Friday- I am sooo excited!! Now I have to tackle the state tax bill, then it will be federal taxes and student loans. I've been on cloud nine all weekend. We talked about paying off debt and Dave Ramsey at church after potluck.

Ok, I confess, I'm late alot to church-I just have so much to do that I can't get it all done by sundown on Friday- I'm off to church now. My dear Godmother has made broccoli cornbread for potluck- I love it.

I've had a headache all day and am dizzy- I was at the doctor's yesterday- check-up and half the room had the flu- YUK!!!

It is VERY cold outside and it is supposed to snow tomorrow night- the snow is supposed to start at 5:00, during rush hour and I will be signing copies of my Amish cookbook at a coffee shop in Frankfort, Kentucky at 5:00 pm- lucky me- but I'm not driving- Shaun is and he has a SUV.
I just found out today that some of my friends are 6 months late on their rent- I told them about this site- they waste their money. I've told them that, so if they read this it will be no surprise.

We got our first real snow yesterday and I drove in it!!! I almost hit a ice-scraper truck though- wasn't paying attention. It was so beautiful but its starting to melt now.
