A Headache day!

I've had a headache all day and am dizzy- I was at the doctor's yesterday- check-up and half the room had the flu- YUK!!!

    Be careful with those headaches, it continues go to the ER. A friend of mine had an aneurysm so be very care

    Thanks, Amber, I am allergice to dairy and I had dairy- so that is what causes them- if I'm really good, I don't have them.
