Parmeason Potatoes

I made burgers, homemade backed beans and parmeason oven fries last night- I thought you might like the recipe:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut 4 potatoes, lengthwise-strips. Toss in Parmeason cheese, Jane's Crazy Salt, Paprika, onion powder, and garlic( we use this alot around here)and place on an olive-oiled 13X9 inch glass baking pan, turn to coat both sides. Cook 10 minutes at 400 degrees, turn and drizzle more oil. Bake until soft and just a little golden brown.
