Thanks to all members who cheered me up when I was down- seems like Kentucky moves a bit slower than Toronto- a big thanks to Broken Arrow and Julie- you all are sooo cool. I'm still doing both television shows- and good news- the lifestyle show is coming to the US in the fall of 2009!!! So my buddies can watch me on TV- and Broken Arrow can do security.

OK.... I'm still single- guess I will be forever. I'm not getting married and I'm NOT returning to the Amish- I just can't do it. I am so used to my life as I know it now- even though I have my bad days, like most folks, and want to run away.
We had our holiday meeting in Elizabethtown. I wanted to go shopping but I didn't. I alos painted my own nails- saved $50.00.
As most know, it will be a year on October 2nd since the horrible shooting at Nickel Mines. Please remember those whom lost their lives by lighting a candle.

Lots of news!!! My former fiance, Luke Yoder, mailed me a letter. I called him on the commmunity phone and he wants to get back together....as long as I can live in a beachy Amish community-so I am going to do that next month- so you won't be hearing from me as much. I am doing a newsletter though- monthly that will have recipes, Amish penpals, frugal ideas, etc.

Went to Save-A-Lot for mom- they had a huge sale- pork sirloin roast for.99 lb, 8 ibs potatoes for $1.68, salad mix for .98, ground beef for $1.29. I worked in the garden some this morning. Its a hot day here. My friend shot & killed himself, so that's made me sad- I'm praying for the family- please remember them in your prayers.

I've had a wonderful holiday!!! I relaxed, cleane dhouse, cooked, and spent time with my mom....and alos picked tomatoes, okra, butternut squash, and peppers from the garden-yummy food!!!
