OK- I am now even more famous- someone posted on Starbucks- well I think its a Starbucks celebrity gossip page- that I was a Diva- and another employee took up for me and said I tipped well- the paparazzi guy laughed as I was walking with my vanilla bean in hand, and said, "This will go wonderfully with the gossip about you being a Starbucks diva", as I smiled for the camera. My godmother, Rebecca Aufderhar, told me to just give them the pictures and maybe they will stop trying to run folks off the road. I called Sirrethia, who was working homecoming, and she said I could call her if needed, but I did what my godmom said to do- I gave them the pictures.
Clancy searched and found that indeed, I am on the celebrity gossip board for Starbucks....its a wonderful world.

I'm going house hunting tomorrow- the real estate guy is cool- he drives a 95 Camry and he also listens to Dave Ramsey!!! I love it- I am looking for a large home with land, and an amazing kitchen so I can film my show. I like Canada, but I really miss being home.
Its cold and raining here today. I looked at spec homes yesterday- I was telling the realtors about Julie's husband buliding the best spec homes in Georgia.

I love parties- we are having a Halloween party and mom is dressed like a gypsy- I put her black wig and jewelry on- she looks so cute. I'm headed out to do stores- the party's at 8:00.

Thanks to all who have been praying for daddy- he is still real sick, but his color was better today- they have been suctioning him more and had oxygen on him, which helped.

OK- I met with the doctor today, and dad is sicker because he has an infection that they can't figure out just yet- but his heart rate is down to 103-122, so that's good. I talked to Dr. Quarles and decided to recall the "no code", because I think I acted on the spur of the moment- dad will come through this and live a lot more, because I know God can do it- I have faith. Got followed by 2 paparazzi cars today- was so made I wanted to scream.

My baby sister called me today- I already had a headache and the Canadian paparazzi were following me around- my sister never calls during the day- as soon as she answered, the phone was dead- I asked if she was OK and she said she was still a bit shaken- what's wrong? I asked- and she said that dad was in intensive care because he was having a hard time breathing- I rushed there and he didn't know us. He's severally dehydrated- I drove 85 miles to outrun the camera guys- I was so upset- we sat down with Dr. Quarles, who was really nice- and decided not to code him if he codes- the doctor is having a hard time getting his heart rate down- I made the decision to let him live the rest of his life comfortable- so I told them, against orders years ago, to let him have thickened fuilds and foods by mouth- my dad is always thirsty- he kept a large mug of ice water by him- so I knew that would be torture if he didn't have fluids- I knew it could come to this( the battle with peumonia) and I'd do it all over again- I want the best for daddy. I let the doctor know to not answer any questions from the press- I'm sooo stressed out- I'll know more tomorrow evening. Keep daddy in your prayers. He has been so proud of me- he listens to me on the radio and even went with me on my first book tours. I hope, after his heart rate is down and he is hydrated- he will know who I am- you know- sitting in an ICU room makes you think what's really important- and its family.

Ok- I know I usually am not one to ask for advice, except for maybe security issues when my guys aren't around- I may ask Broken Arrow- well, here it is... I will be leaving to do the cooking show on March 1st, and will be gone 3 months, then again in October. We will be taping 3 shows a day- 2 cooking shows and one of my lifetime shows. My mother, who lives 3 neighborhoods from me doesn't know...and I've not told her. I am her little china doll- her only baby that hasn 't really left home ( technically-I'm 5 minutes from her door) and only one not married yet ( thankfully.) I'm trying to figure out how to tell her-HELP!!!

Its really, really cold today- I was freezing last night- and I usually had hot flashes. I had my nephew to turn the heat up and I couldn't wait to get my egyptian cotton towels out of the warm dryer- the clouds looked like snow clouds- really, this morning, and the car said it was 43 degrees-err. I'd headed off for the day.

I was just thinking how much I've changed since I met everyone on this site. Saving Advice now is at the top when you google my name- instead of the celebrity sites-way to go!!! I hate everything, well most about people thinking I'm a snotty celebrity- I'm not. I'm blessed and am grateful, but I don't like to throw money around like most. I met a lady in the store and she was tired too- she was getting take-out, and I had worked 17 hours and was cooking-at midnight, dinner that is, and cooked my homemade lentil burritos, but I saved $20.00. I've also been washing on cold- wonder how much it saves.

Ok- this is major, as we eat alot of velvetta- Kroger is having a on Kraft cheese items.
You buy 6 and get $4.00 off- I can't remember if its a catalina or instant savings- but I've been watching Velvetta and wanted to stock up- this will make Velvetta only $3.39 each. Its also good on cream cheese- it starts the 12th and goes until November 4th. I hope cream cheese is on sale.

Its a nice day- I decided to save money by not going shopping...well, I did grab some tuna pouchs to go with my tuna helper, and a think of hazelnut coffemate- the liquid kind, soem bananas, a 2-liter of grape soda( Kroger kind) and 3 .25 candy bars, and a half-gallon of milk. My nephew loves lucnables, and they were .64 so I got him one, plus a 4-pack of indivdual mama Rosa's pizzas- all cost just $6.94 after my coupons.
