broken wrist

i fell sunday at church and broke my wrist- it hurts so bad, and its my right hand -i am right-handed. i'm already tired of the cast.

    DisneySteve- how long does a cast stay on- i've been out of nursing for years, but i was thinking 6-12 weeks?

    I've been there. Broke my list wrist and had to have surgery and had a plate put in. It's not an easy road but therapy is very important. Hope that you feel better.

    6 weeks is pretty typical for the average fracture.
