i've had quite a bit of pain today- ny arm hurts, and i am frustrated at just doing the minor things in life.

    we all have days like that Frown i feel for you!
    i often have days where i am annoyed at everything. cooking dinner, the dirty house, other people's crap all over the loungeroom! gar!

    Is a gray rainy day? Those don't help either, especially if something hurts!
