Packing for Shakertown

April 16th, 2008 at 02:00 pm

I am going to Shaketown to sign autographs, do a newspaper interview, and review their famous food- I can't wait. I was born in Harrodsburg in 1969, and this is like a homecoming for me. I'll visit dad's grave too, which is in Mercer County. The wonderful Harrodsburg Police Department will be with me. My nephew has National Guard there - the guys work so hard so we can be free and safe. I'll have pictures downloaded this weekend

XOXO

I stayed in Shakertown as a kid! The first time I had ever seen a trundle bed. And the food was awesome! I love history, don't you? Have a great time!

I took the girls to Shakertown a few years ago when we were visitin DH's grandmother. His family is from Danville. I love that beautiful country. I would have loved to have lived there. My girls want to go to school down there.

Sicily- I think it is so sad that there are ruthless people that love to flame celebrities. I also read today where Uma Thurman is being stalked too- Just ignore them, and hand over any information to your security team to give to the FBI- I think sickos need to be kept away from the rest of society. Your pictures are so beautiful- I've been there when I was a child- we took a family trip- I remember liking the food. Have a great week, and forget about the sickos- I'm an attorney and deal with them in court all the time.
    Blessings,
    Leah
