I ate at Bistro 535, in Shelbyville, Kentucky last week. The owner, who freshly cooked all of my food, is known for his, "Brown Avenue", chicken. It is a whole boneless chicken breast smothered with a dijon glaze and heaping spoons of melted cheese. I also got to try his crusted seabass- flaky and perfect, accompanied by lightly grilled asparagus, purple onions, and sprinkles of fresh green parsley. I had a huge slice of stawberry cheesecake to top it all off...need I not mention their famous sweet tea, which I devoured 4 glasses, splashes of lemon.
